PANAMERICAN TRAVEL declares to be acting as intermediary between passengers and services providers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, cruises, tour operators, rent a cars etc ) .

1. – LIABILITY

PanAmerican Travel will not be liable for any personal injury such as illness, death, or material that may arise during the trip deriving from, but not limited to, acts of third parties as well as any unforeseeable, extraordinary and unavoidable events, such as labor disputes, epidemics, insurrection, governmental decisions, fires, mobilization, war, natural disasters, accidents that may occur before and/or during the trip.

PanAmerican Travel will not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of the providers (hotels, airlines, cruises, tour operators, transportation companies etc ) in delivering their services which are subject to the terms and conditions established by the providers. services. PanAmerican Travel will not be responsible under any circumstances for changes in schedules, itineraries, errors in reservations or any lack of compliance by service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise ships, land carriers, local guides, etc.). 2. - TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

3. – AIRLINE TICKETS

PanAmerican Travel acting as an intermediary between airlines and passengers, will not be responsible for any inconveniences or expenses caused by flight cancellations or delays. 4. – LUGGAGE

The passengers shall be responsible for the luggage during programs, tours and stays. . 5. - TRAVEL INSURANCE
