Payment Conditions

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other electronic method. Once the reservation has been confirmed, a deposit or the complete payment may be required to guarantee it , according to the service provider payment polices (hotelS, airline, cruiseS etc ) . Late payments may result in the automatic cancellation of the services and the client will not be entitled to a refund any partial payment made before.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds for cancellations or changes in itineraries and services are subject to the cancellation policy of the service providers (hotels, airlines, cruises, tour operators, transportation companies etc.) and our internal policies. Fees and penalties may apply. Refunds may not apply to some reservations, promotional packages, special rates, airline tickets and cancellations made 60 days before the start of the contracted services.

CHANGES AND PENALTIES

Any changes to the date of arrival, departure date, hotel and/or services of reservations may be subject to surcharges, penalties and administrative charges according to the change policies of the service providers (hotels, airlines, cruises, tour operators’ transportation companies etc.)

NO-SHOW POLICY

100 % of all confirmed services shall be charged.
