- visit to Panama la Vieja, a walk through what was the First Spanish City founded on the Pacific, and a visit to its museum. Then, continues along the modern sector of the city: Banking District, Punta Paitilla, and Balboa Avenue to the historic center. - Our tour begins with a transfer from the hotel to the train station in the city of Panama, then aboard the unique transatlantic train (Railwey), crossing to the Caribbean side of the country , reaching the province of Colon.
- Very early in the morning we pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the ChagresNational Park to visit the Emberá Community, the most important aboriginal community in the area. Our transportation takes us to the port of El Corotu on the shores of Lake Alajuela. Here, the indigenous Embera will be waiting for us to transport us in their narrowed canoes called piragua; a typical boat of the early inhabitants of the Panamanian jungle.
- Don?t leave Panama without enjoying and learning a little of the Panamanian folklore music, traditional dances and beautiful national dress "la pollera.? This dress is the work of experienced seamstresses who spend thousands of hours putting it together!
